Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. We allow 24hrs to cancel an order. After that 24hr period we cannot cancel orders.
Once your item is shipped you will receive an email from PayPal with tracking information. (Please check your inbox and junk mail for tracking information) We offer express shipping via USPS. If items are in-stock orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be processed same day.
Shipping Process for Custom Pieces:
Custom Made pieces take approximately a month to make + the shipping time. If you would like to place a custom piece order, please place your order at least 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to allow time for you to receive your order on time. If you need an item for the month of FEBUARY please place your order early January in order to guarantee receiving your items on time as we go on vacation during the month of FEBUARY.
We DO NOT offer EXPRESS SHIPPING on Custom Made pieces, due to the time frame that it takes to make. We don’t implement cancellations on custom made orders after 24 hours, considering the item has started being made at that time.
For Custom Made item and especially custom-made sizes we ask that you provide your measurements. all men shirts are custom made This the chart you can use to get your measurements done. Size Chart
We ship with USPS Priority Mail and shipment can take up to 3-15 business days. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 15th business day AFTER your order. We also over FedEx for international shipping if you would like that shipping method.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control of the domestic or international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we ask that you contact your local USPS for more information.
